It is essential for you to review your estimate carefully. We work hard to align expectations before we start, and advise on potential challenges with each Project. We will advise you if we believe that your desired outcome will not be successful. Completed pieces are non-refundable if they conform to the design that you approved in your estimate.

While we don’t warrant or guarantee against normal wear and tear, we can help you plan for durability before starting your project.
Tiberi Studios also does not make any warranty about any item it creates or supplies, such as fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, etc.
Terms & Conditions
Introduction. Jen Tiberi Handmade LLC, also known as Tiberi Studios or “we,” provides custom-made and specialty furniture pieces to its customers. Any item of furniture you order is called a “Project.”
These T&C are Binding. These T&C are a contract between Tiberi Studios and its customers or potential customers, who are referred to as “you.” If you are using the Tiberi Studios website, if you order an item from Tiberi Studios, if you approve an order for any item to be created or ordered by Tiberi Studios, and/if you make any payment to Tiberi Studios, then you are deemed to accept these T&C. Also, if you order from Tiberi Studios, any estimate or proposal also becomes a part of the contract – along with these T&C - between Tiberi Studios and you.
Please be sure to review these T&C thoroughly. If you do NOT agree to these T&C, please call us at 267-536-2957, or email us at hello@jentiberi.com, and we will try to accommodate you by entering into a different agreement if possible (or decline to work with you if we cannot come to a resolution). If you do not let us know otherwise, we will understand that you have reviewed and agree to these T&C.
Our Process: How to work with Tiberi Studios
Request an estimate: Start by requesting an estimate. Reach out to us at hello@jentiberi.com. Include photos, dimensions, fabric ideas, deadlines, and any other important details about your Project. We’ll respond with any questions or provide an estimate within 3 business days, directed to the email address that you provide to us. Our estimate will include as much information as possible about the Project.
Carefully review your estimate before approving it: Once we send you an estimate, carefully review your estimate for the Project. When you have confirmed and approved all the dimensions, supplies, and third party costs involved with the Project, reach out to us at hello@jentiberi.com to let us know that you approve. By approving the Project’s specifications, you have approved the project.
We do NOT provide refunds on Projects that conform to the specifications that you approve.
Revisions to Estimates. If your estimate needs to be revised, please reach out to us at hello@jentiberi.com BEFORE approving the estimate. The first estimate for your Project is free and the first revision to the estimate is free. If you have further revisions to the estimate, then we charge $25.00 per revision.
Pay your deposit: Once you approve your estimate in writing, we’ll send an invoice for a 50% deposit (or a larger percentage in some instances) for the total price of the Project. Once you pay the deposit, we will add your Project to our work queue.
Scheduling: After your deposit is received, we’ll schedule site visits, furniture drop off or pick up, and place your fabric and supplies orders. We’ll reach out to confirm pattern placement as needed, and to keep you updated on the status of orders as they progress.
Production: Once all items are received, your project moves to our production calendar. If unexpected issues arise, we’ll let you know right away.
Pay Final Invoice: When your project is complete, we’ll email you photos and a link for final payment. The final invoice will include any additions to pricing (see the Pricing section below).
Schedule Pickup: Once full and final payment is received, you can schedule a pickup time for the Project.
Need delivery? We’ll arrange it with trusted local movers for an additional fee.
Pricing. Your estimate will state the base pricing for the Project. These T&C contain additional information on how and when Tiberi Studios reserves the right to increase pricing. Take a look at the sections on Timing, Revisions to Estimates, Schedule Pickup, Supply Increases, and Using My Fabric, in particular. Final invoices will reflect any increases to pricing.
Timing. Lead times are shared after your details are finalized and your estimate is approved. We will consider rush work (under 4 weeks) on a case-by-case basis. If we can accommodate your request for rush work, we will charge you an additional 30% of the Project’s total price, as stated on the estimate.
Studio Visits. With a studio visit, we can help you find exactly what you need.
Please Make an Appointment: We welcome you to make an appointment to see our studio, or to pick up or drop off anything at our studio. Without an appointment there’s no guarantee anyone will be available to help when you arrive!
Personalized Guidance or Advance Preparation: If you’d like personalized guidance from our team or would like us to prepare options in advance, an appointment is required. Please schedule at least 10 business days in advance.
Browsing: You’re always welcome to explore the collection at your own pace. You don’t need to be working on a Project with us to shop.
Samples: We do not keep fabric yardage or swatches stocked in the showroom. After your visit, we’ll collect and ship the swatches of your choice directly to your home.
Using Your Own Fabric. You can use your own fabric, but if you wish to do so, Tiberi Studios will need to approve the use of the fabric and consult with you if we believe the fabric is not suited to the Project. For each item of your own fabric you have shipped to our studio, we will charge $10.00 to receive it. If you drop your own fabric off to us in person, there is no additional fee (but please schedule an appointment).
What Tiberi Studios Does Not Do. Tiberi Studios does not repair furniture frames, refinish furniture frames, work with leather, or fix or alter store-bought items.
Non-Conforming Projects. If the Project does not conform to the specifications that you approved, then Tiberi Studios will do its best to make things right for you. Just return the Project to our studio within 7 days after you receive it along with a written list of the problems with the Project. We will inspect the Project, go over your list item by item, double-check the list against the estimate you approved, and determine how to proceed.
Acceptance. If a Project conforms to all specifications approved on the estimate, if you do not provide us with a list of ways in which the Project does not conform to specifications, and/or if you pay in full for a Project (even if there are insufficient funds for the transfer or you cancel payment), then you are deemed to accept the Project.
Supply Price Increases. Sometimes, the pricing of supplies increases quickly – so quickly that we cannot anticipate a price increase. We will do our best to source materials that are available without a price increase. However, to complete a Project, we may need to purchase supplies for more money than anticipated. If that is the case, we will inform you in advance of the increase in supplies, but will understand that you automatically approve an increase of 25% or less over the original estimate specifically for increases in the price of supplies to complete the Project.
Trade Partners. If you’re a designer and would like to set up a trade account, please reach out to us at hello@jentiberi.com. Once your account is approved, we’ll provide a full list of services, pricing, and resources to support your projects.
No Warranty. Tiberi Studios cannot guarantee or warrant an item it creates against damage from normal wear and tear. However, we can help you plan for durability before starting your Project. Tiberi Studios also does not make any warranty about any item it creates or supplies, such as fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, etc.
No Refunds. It is essential for you to review your estimate carefully. Tiberi Studios works hard to align expectations before we start, and advise on potential challenges with each Project. We will advise you if we believe that your desired outcome will not be successful. Completed pieces are non-refundable if they conform to the design that you approved in your estimate.
No Exclusivity. Tiberi Studios may use your Project and its specifications as a prototype for similar or identical items to be sold to other customers. Nothing in these T&C creates an expectation that your Project will be unique.
Insufficient Funds or Cancelled Payments. Tiberi Studios shall charge an administrative fee of $150.00 for any check or electronic funds transfer returned for insufficient funds, as well as for a credit card payment that you cancel.
Collections. For any invoice that you have not paid in full for 30 days or more after we issue our invoice to you, Tiberi Studios reserves the right to:
For an initial deposit, decline to start work;
For a Project that has been completed, dispose of the Project in any way we see fit; and/or
Pursue any collections process against you that we deem necessary or appropriate (see also the section called Dispute Resolution).
Photographs and Advertising. Tiberi Studios reserves the right to make and/or use images of your Project to market its other products. We will remove any distinguishing marks which might identify you with the Project if you so request in writing. Those images of your Project will belong solely to Tiberi Studios, and we may use them as we wish.
Reviews. We welcome your reviews and feedback. If you provide us with a review, we may use it as we wish and may identify you unless you request otherwise in writing. We may also retain a copy of the review and use it even if you take it down, edit it, or disclaim it. Finally, we may respond to a review as we wish, with any review or response to be protected as commercial free speech under law.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tiberi Studios, its employees, independent contractors, affiliates, owners, members, partners, shareholders, principals, directors, agents, servants, predecessors, successors, heirs, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, costs, injuries and damages whatsoever, arising from or caused by Tiberi Studios’s acts or omissions. Such indemnity also includes Tiberi Studios’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs as related to any such acts, omissions, or attempted performance.
Force Majeure. Tiberi Studios is not liable for delays due to causes beyond its control, such as acts of God, strikes, labor or materials shortages, a customer’s or third party’s act or failure to act, labor disputes, fire, unusual or unforeseen delays in deliveries, unavoidable casualties, or unusually severe weather. If such delays occur, Tiberi Studios may provide you with written notice of the new time frame to complete the Project, and you are deemed to agree to the new time frame. If the Project becomes impossible, Tiberi Studios will provide you with notice of the problem and is excused from completing it.
Dispute Resolution. The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. However, if we have a dispute that ultimately proceeds to litigation and trial, the prevailing party in such trial shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred.
Jurisdiction and Venue. These T&C and estimate (if any) shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its provisions regarding conflicts of laws. Any lawsuit shall be brought in either the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, or the Courts in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Amendments to T&C. Tiberi Studios may amend and supplement these T&C at any time by posting a revised version on its website. The revised version shall be effective upon its posting.
Notices. To give notice to Tiberi Studios under these T&C, send us notice via email to hello@jentiberi.com. If we give you notice under these T&C, we will email you at the last email address we have on file for you. Emailed notices shall be deemed effective when transmitted. This provision does not change requirements to serve process if there is a lawsuit.
Waiver. A waiver of a provision of these T&C or a provision of an estimate shall not be a continuing waiver of that provision.
Complete Agreement. Along with any accepted estimates, these T&C set forth the entire agreement between the customer and Tiberi Studios. If any provision of these T&C are for any reason held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision, and the parties’ agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained in the T&C and estimate(s).
